No Show & Share for Weeks 3 and 4

What a fantastic start the Year 1s have made to Term 3! They are really enjoying their new inquiry into light. Paying a visit to the darkened downstairs section of the Big Red Bus to experiment with light has been something that everyone has been keen to do.

As the heading suggests, we will be giving Show and Share a miss for the next 2 weeks. This is mainly because whilst all of the children are more than happy to share they are not being particularly respectful when it is their turn to listen. So we will try again in Week 5.

All apps should now be loaded on. Please check the app page on this blog to ensure that you have got them all. Also, please take the time to delete any unnecessary apps from your child's iPad. Once again you can refer to the app page on this blog to see which apps I have requested so far this year. Remember that too many apps, photos or videos severely compromise the smooth operation of the iPad.

School photos are this Wednesday. As we have sport on that day, please send your child to school in their full Winter uniform (check the notice from the Office for full Winter uniform requirements) with their sports uniform and runners in a plastic bag. Once we have had our photos, the children will change into their sports uniform.
